At AzayaFit, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Final sale, customized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned. To start a return, email us at contactUs@azayafit.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
